Hidden treasure for green living

The lower part of Las Aminas is indeed a sacred piece of land. With orange and mango groves,coconut palms,it presents a wonderful location for spas,organic gardens and retreat spots. It is hidden in an estuary which has an incredible water table, wherein one could easily divide into lots and set up small "green" houses.

Sustainable properties in Los Cabos

There are no "retreat" places in Cabo San Lucas or San Jose del Cabo. There are no real spas except at some of the more expensive hotel resorts. This area is hidden away and nestled in with mountains surrounding it.

It would only be appropriate to build something that is green and in the same vain as Flora Farms.

There are large parcels of land that can be sub divided into lots or simply get a large acreage and build a retreat area with individual buildings to house people (not yoga as there are many small ones around) that people from all over the world can use.

There are also opportunities in the upper level of Las Aminas. They are already paving a road through there and there are some large beautiful lots available.

This area is only 10 minutes away from the Marina, beach and San Jose del Cabo.

These lots will go quickly. My guess is that they will not even be available by this time next year
